Bargaining Update #42: Expanded TA Improvements

Dear members,

The Bargaining Committee has prepared a high-level summary document that outlines changes negotiated through the bargaining process, broken down by each article. We've also included a summary of the various Letters of Understanding (LOUs) negotiated that outline other agreements that have been reached between the parties during the bargaining process.

This is intended to frame the conversations and member questions that will be addressed by the Bargaining Committee during the upcoming town hall meetings. A separate communication will be released in the near future, which will outline the townhall schedule and links for member registration.

The Bargaining Committee believes that ratification is one of the most important decisions you will make during the collective bargaining process, and we want to ensure that you see the value in the gains we have achieved at the bargaining table. Your Bargaining Committee unanimously recommends and endorses this Tentative Agreement and urges all members to vote.
