Bargaining Update #41: Further Updates
Dear members,
The Bargaining Committee continues to prepare information for the upcoming roadshows, as well as a comprehensive list of all changes made throughout the agreement to frame the questions and answers leading to the eventual vote.
While that work continues, we are also building a document that outlines the Memorandum of Agreement (Tentative Agreement) as well as all of the language that has been agreed upon between the parties. That document will be circulated to you with your voting link after the conclusion of all roadshows when voting is opened.
In addition to the high-level summary provided yesterday, and in an effort to support member ratification of the tentative agreement, the Bargaining Committee will provide additional information on a couple of topics that have been the subject of member queries.
Ratification, as previously stated, is one of the most important decisions you will make during the collective bargaining process, and we want to ensure that you see the value in the gains we have achieved at the bargaining table. Your Bargaining Committee unanimously recommends and endorses this Tentative Agreement and urges all members to vote.
