This page will provide the Membership with updates as to where negotiations are at and the progress that is being made at the table.
Note: This will be updated when information becomes available - please know that some updates (particularly during key phases may not be made in real time).
Disclaimer: Articles may change status multiple times based on how negotiations are continuing at the Bargaining Table. The Bargaining Committee cannot share specific language being negotiated and updates will be provided when applicable.

This is the list of the Articles that are currently in active negotiation with the Company. If the Article says Company at the end that means that the Union has provided the Company with a proposal and is waiting to hear back. If the Article says UNION at the end, the Company has given the Bargaining Committee a Proposal and it is currently being evaluated by the Union.
