Bargaining Update #37: Next Steps

Dear Members,

Early this morning around 4:15am MT, your Bargaining Committee reached a tentative collective agreement with WestJet.

After a quick nap we fulfilled our media commitments and have now turned our full attention to planning the ratification process.

We will begin releasing information about the tentative agreement, along with the schedule for ratification town halls. We recognize that schedules have now been published and that coordinating hotels, flights, venues, and the Bargaining Committee's travel may present some logistical challenges. Despite that, we are moving forward as quickly as possible to ensure every member can receive the information and have the opportunity to ask questions.

Finally, we thank you. Our membership’s support and unity carried us through this round of bargaining, and we are incredibly grateful for the trust you placed in us.
